As a trucking or transportation company, you have probably experienced driver call outs or driver shortages. Lomat is here to help. We provide commercial drivers (CDL and Non-CDL) that are FMCSA compliant. Background assessments include; MVR, drug test, FMCSA Clearinghouse, Medical card certification, previous employment, PSP or safety data, criminal background, sex offender registry, CDLIS and social security verification. Example: A business with its own fleet of trucks is experiencing a driver shortage. They have a local job to take care of, and they want to ensure that it’s done right and on-time by an effective, experienced driver. A representative from the business simply opens our app, creates a job, and selects a driver from our pool of trucking professionals. The business can see all of the available commercial drivers in the area, as well as their ratings. In return, the driver can also view the ratings and reviews of the business. The business makes an offer to a driver, who can choose to accept it. The driver will then receive all information relevant to the job and with 1-click, begins the job. The client can see the driver from start to finish during the course of the day. You can find a driver in minutes, instead of days or weeks, ensuring you keep your trucks rolling and your clients happy. Registration is quick, easy and free of charge and the only time fees are involved is when you schedule a driver. Costs are listed upfront for complete transparency.

As a commercial driver (CDL or Non-CDL) we offer a platform for lifestyle flexibility for all drivers in our Driveshare Network. Once your registration is complete and your background assessments are approved, you can find truck driving jobs on your schedule. This means that a trucking professional can even work part-time, if they desire. All Lomat assignments (jobs) are local or regional. So no more over the road runs.
